Nate R.

Dear Athena,
You may know me as “Button”, a weaver. It seems my predicament has grown to an exponential point, and I grow weary of asking others. Perhaps, you may have some advice?

My indefinite and stunning ability to act allows me to perform many roles in the acting industry; however, “Q” won’t let me play the roles I would like.
He has assigned me the role of a man, Pyramus, whom is madly in love with a beautiful woman, Thisbe, and she with him. My problem of all things is that my “lover” is a friend who is of age to grow a beard. We shall know him as “F”. And so, I would like to exchange my role with another, perhaps the lion. Or, maybe F and I could exchange roles, him with Pyramus, I with Thisbe?

All in vein, I suppose. For Q wouldn’t allow any role switching. But for this is the reason I have come to ask of your advice. Should I, attempt with all of my heart and soul and all of the conviction within me to exchange roles with another of the cast, or would I be one of great potential with Pyramus? I would appreciate your response a hasty one and an elegantly crafted one, such as I have done with my request.

Sincerely and most welcomingly yours,
Button, the weaver
